Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation, including but not limited to:

• Packing List

3. DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

• Restricted or prohibited items must not be included in shipments. Clients are responsible for verifying the legality of their goods before shipping.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any goods that violate regulations.
5. CUSTOM DELAYS AND INSPECTIONS

• Nakhwa International is not liable for any delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
• Nakhwa International acts as a facilitator for customs clearance and is not liable for any penalties, confiscations, or losses due to non-compliance by the client.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Nakhwa International harmless from any legal claims, fines, or losses resulting from incorrect documentation, non-compliance, or failure to pay duties/taxes.
7. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
Nakhwa International reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
